How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the delivery of your package by entering this number on the 'Track my package' page.
What is the cost of delivery?
We offer free standard shipping worldwide, with no minimum purchase required.
Is my information secure?
Our online store is protected by a green padlock, ensuring that the information you enter is encrypted before being sent to the server. Your data is fully secure and cannot be intercepted by anyone.
When will my order be shipped?
Shipping time depends on the products and demand. Generally, your order is shipped within 24 to 48 hours after purchase. We do our best to speed up this process and deliver your package as quickly as possible.
I want to return an item
All our items undergo a rigorous quality control before shipping. However, if a manufacturing defect is found or the product was damaged during delivery, contact us, and we will send you a new item.
For your return request to be accepted, the item must be in its original condition, and you must keep the original packaging. If the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse your request.
